Maintaining that youthful glow is a constant struggle. Since la piel is your body’s largest organ, you need to nourish it from the inside out. According to master aesthetician Laura Coleman, drinking plenty of water is the easiest way to flush out the toxins and keep your skin fresh. She offers these additional simple tips for revitalizing your complexion.

  • Plump up dry skin by using a topical hyaluronic acid serum under your moisturizer. Look for a tinted moisturizer to help even out your skin tone.
  • Drink a detox tea two to three times per day to cleanse the body of any impurities.
  • Try juicing with fruits or vegetables. “My skin looks great when I’m juicing on a regular basis -- even if it’s just for one meal a day,” says Coleman. “It responds really well to all of the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants I get.” Foods such as avocados, almonds and honey are all great for your skin.
